Job Description
Call Centre Executive required for
- Support and Resolve customer queries through Inbound Calls, Chat, WhatsApp messages and Emails
- Educate and engage with customers providing relevant product information and associated benefits
- Document 100% of the customer interaction and information within into Company’s systems
