Job Description
The Role
• Lead, inspire and develop a talented team of multinational automotive professionals that supports the strategic and future needs of the business, driving for efficiencies and improve effectiveness across all areas • Monitor and analyse the operation and management processes of crucial business areas and propose optimisation strategies where necessary • Motivate and inspire the teams to perform at the optimum level to execute the strategy Ideal Candidate • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably working with a prestigious brand within a leading UK dealer group • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) who can motivate teams, collaborate with diverse groups across a large organisation and liaise with key stakeholders • Entrepreneurial, driven and motivating who has experience inspiring teams to deliver exceptional customer service • Has a modern outlook, completely understands marketing, social media, influencers, and how LinkedIn can have a positive impact • Has excellent interpersonal, business communication, organisational, and analytical skills
The Package As General Manager, you will receive a base salary of BD 5,840 – BD 6,500 per month (£142,000 – £158,000 per annum), a Bonus scheme which encourages the achievement of at least six times monthly salaries TAX-FREE, alongside a whole host of additional benefits including • Fully furnished accommodation (incl. utility bills) • 2 x Annual business class ticket • Relocation Assistance • Education Assistance for up to two children • Fully expensed company car • Private Healthcare scheme
