Job Description

1.1 Lead Group recruitment.

1.2 Complete Onboarding/Induction of new joiners.

1.3 Participate in the units/ restaurants Human Resources budgeting and strategic planning.

1.4 Coordinate with PRO for visa renewal/ non renewals and new visa processing.

1.5 Render and oversee Admin related support to other department as and when required.

1.6 Employee Health Insurance renewal and cancellations

1.7 Uniform Requests and maintaining records

1.8 Ticket Booking and Group leave calendar management

1.9 Responding to employee grievances and request.

1.10 Preparing Full and Final Settlements
Desired Candidate Profile
Our desired candidates should have minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Human Resources.

He/she must be well versed with UAE labour Law.

Experience in Food and beverages will be an added advantage.

Working hours : 5 hours daily (9 am to 2pm)
