The ideal candidate should have knowledge of operating hotel or tourism operations on a daily basis. Position directs and works with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient process. Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department by effective communication. Job is vacant for Male candidates only. Preference will be given to the candidates having tourism and hotel experience. Job is open for all nationalities. Flexible working hours

Responsibilities: Perform all check-in and check-out task and operation. Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data. Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of visit). Provide information about Dhow Cruise, rates and amenities. Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner. Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers. Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate. Deal with drivers when required. Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Requirements Work experience as an operation agent in hotel/tourism industry. Experience with hotel reservations. Excellent communication and organizational and management skills. Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work. Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others. Strives to improve service performance. Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Office goals to produce desired results.

Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters in relevant Subjects.
