As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide HR support to client group Leaders, Managers and Employees regarding organizational matters. You will also provide coaching, HR Process expertise as well as other general HR activities as needed for the business. You will be viewed as the expert for Human Resources by your team and colleagues.
In this role, you will be responsible for: · Partnering with leadership to develop and execute organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals. · Providing guidance to functional management and/or business functions on approaches, projects and programs affecting the business and ways of working. · Handling communications with direct colleagues and the business regarding the means for solving complex problems. · Leading design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over an extended horizon. · Handling department work guided by procedures.
To be successful in this role you will: · Have graduated with a Bachelor’s from an accredited university or college in a related business focus to Human Resources. · Have minimum of 10+ of experience in HR Business Partnership, including the scope of similar long-term projects or programs. · Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills.
