Person with interest in the travel and tourism industry
Our fast-growing company is searching for a candidate for the position of Tour Guide located in Dubai. If you are looking for an exciting place to work, please take a look at the list of responsibilities and qualifications below.
Responsibilities
Meeting clients at the airport and accompanying them to their accommodation, and holding welcome meetings.
Planning and scheduling travel itineraries and familiarizing customers with the key attractions in Dubai
Handling Tours and Excursions.
Monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to improve company’s tours & excursions offer to meet established quality standards.
Supporting the Operations Team in planning and handling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
Dealing with occurring travel problems, complaints and refunds
Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback.
Requirements
Prior experience in the Travel & Tourism industry as a tour guide or leisure travel consultant is a plus
Outstanding organizational, time management, and improvisational skills.
Excellent conversational skills with a knack for storytelling
Passionate about travelling
A flexible working schedule: shift work, evening hours, weekends, and potential Holidays
Fluent in English
