Job Description
Job Title: HSE Officer
We have an urgent requirement for a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, specifically within the Facility Management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
- Incident Reporting: Manage and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses in a timely manner.
- Training: Provide HSE training and awareness sessions for employees.
- Inspection and Audits: Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, risk assessments, and incidents.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the safety culture within the organization.
Experience and Requirements
- HSE Officer Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer.
- Facility Management Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Facility Management industry.
- Location: Must be currently residing in the UAE with relevant experience in the local market.
