Job Description: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Visitor Reception:
- Greet and assist incoming visitors, adhering to established guidelines.
- Guide visitors to their specified department within the organization.

2. Organizational Support:
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the company by providing general organizational support to in-house members.
- Undertake various tasks as required to maintain an efficient work environment.

3. Communication Management:
- Effectively convey important messages received via phone calls to the respective staff members.
- Ensure fluent communication within the organization.

4. Event Coordination:
- Keep track of upcoming events and communicate essential information to the relevant staff members.
- Facilitate the organization of vital activities and meetings.

5. Information Provision:
- Provide basic and accurate information to individuals both in-person and through phone/email.

6. Administrative Tasks:
- Handle various responsibilities such as printing, scanning, collating, etc., to support team members in their daily activities.

Skills:


1. Technical Proficiency:
- Tech-savvy with efficient operation of software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

2. Administrative Expertise:
- Possess a remarkable command of basic administrative tasks, enhancing overall productivity.

3. Task Management:
- Exhibit proficiency in time management, handling various tasks with dedication and sincerity.

4. Responsibility Handling:
- Showcase an excellent track record in managing duties and responsibilities associated with the receptionist job profile.

5. Professionalism:
- Good understanding of formal requirements, portraying eloquent communication skills and a professional appearance.
