Job Purpose:
The TL Maintenance Rotary (MRTL) is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance works in the Rotating department across OQ8 sites. This includes overseeing the execution of minor projects and modifications, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and maintaining assets for optimal plant equipment availability, reliability, and optimization. The role involves coordination with the reliability team, development of maintenance procedures, procurement planning, and implementation of effective maintenance processes.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the reliability team for consultations and visits.
- Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all Rotary Equipment in the assigned area.
- Develop Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP) for Rotary equipment.
- Attend internal meetings for issue resolution and work prioritization.
- Provide inputs for maintenance contracts, technical evaluation, and resource control.
- Technical evaluation of new tenders and participation in kick-off meetings.
- Ensure execution of planned maintenance activities and update maintenance history in SAP.
- Prepare procurement plans and ensure availability of required resources.
- Develop backup plans for on-call and emergency maintenance works.
- Implement solutions to enhance maintenance processes and activities.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repetitive equipment failures.
- Review and update maintenance progress reports and contractor performance.
- Evaluate team performance and contribute to the development of young engineers.

- External: Contractors, Vendors & Suppliers

Education Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or similar

Language Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required)

Background and Experience:
- 10+ years in Rotary Equipment Maintenance Services, including 4 years in a similar role in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical or Refinery Plants.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes for various refinery operations.
- Expertise in Rotary Equipment maintenance: Steam and Gas Turbine, Compressors, and Pumps.
- Experience in project planning, cost control, contract development, troubleshooting, and start-up.
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), SAP-PM, and Process Equipment Life-Cycle Management.
- Understanding of relevant processes, plants, and equipment regarding Rotary equipment.
- Familiarity with HSE plans related to maintenance activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a critical environment.
