No Objection Letter for UAE Residence - For Dependents Whose Sponsor is Outside the UAE

This certificate essentially confirms that the sponsor has no objections to the individual obtaining a residence visa in the UAE. It's a formal authorization allowing the dependent to reside in the UAE, despite the sponsor's absence in the country.

Basic Requirements:-

1. Dependent’s presence in person.

2. Two completed General Affidavits explaining the reason and purpose of the certification.

3. Must have two valid passport copies of the sponsor and dependent.

4. Must have two copies of residence visas for both the sponsor and the dependent.

5. A signed letter from the sponsor, authorizing the processing of the documents and stating the reason and purpose for the certification.

Case-additional requirements:-

1. If your dependent is your spouse, bring the original Marriage Certificate and provide two (2) copies.

2. If your dependent is your child, bring the original Birth Certificate of the child and provide two (2) copies.

3. If your dependent is your parent, bring your original Birth Certificate and provide two (2) copies.

4. If you're a seaman, include a copy of your Seaman's Book (SIRB).

5. If you work offshore, include a letter from your company confirming your whereabouts, properly stamped and signed.

6. Additional documents may be requested during the application process.
