Job Title: Projects Manager About the Company: A well-established contracting company in Sharjah is seeking a highly qualified and dependable Projects Manager to join our team of skilled professionals. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership: - Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within the set deadlines and budget. - Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and standards. 2. Team Management: - Supervise and guide a team of engineers, supervisors, and other project staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Mentor team members, providing support and professional development opportunities to ensure high performance. 3. Stakeholder Coordination: - Act as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. - Maintain clear and effective communication, ensuring that all parties are informed of project progress and any potential issues. 4. Project Planning &amp; Execution: - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with the project plan. 5. Budget &amp; Cost Management: - Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective operations. - Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring that projects are delivered within the approved budget. 6. Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance: - Ensure that all projects meet the company’s quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and contractual obligations. - Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel. 7. Problem-Solving &amp; Decision Making: - Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. - Make informed decisions to keep projects on track, considering both short-term and long-term impacts. 8. Requirements: 1. Experience: - A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in contracting companies, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. 2. Residency: - The candidate must currently reside in the UAE. 3. Qualifications: - Relevant academic and professional qualifications that equip the candidate for the role of Projects Manager. 4. Leadership Skills: - Extensive experience in leading and managing teams professionally and effectively, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 5.
