Roles &amp; Responsibilities: As a Computer Science Tutor at AlGooru, you will: - Assess students to identify their specific learning needs. - Plan and prepare lessons aligned with curriculum and learning objectives covering various topics such as programming, algorithms, data structures, computer systems, software development, coding, computer studies, and digital literacy. - Deliver engaging instruction using diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. - Address student questions, concerns, or difficulties and create an encouraging and supportive learning environment. - Monitor student progress and administer assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. - Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students. - Offer guidance and motivation to help students stay focused and engaged in their learning journey. - Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with students. - Participate in workshops and professional development courses. - Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
