Job Title: Sales Executive As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, presenting products or services to clients, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with various departments, provide after-sales support, and stay updated with industry trends to generate leads and build strong client relationships. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy and Targets: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to track performance and adjust strategies as needed. - Client Interaction: - Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients. - Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close deals. - Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues. - Collaboration: - Collaborate with marketing and customer service departments to enhance overall sales efforts and client experience. - Market Research: - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and property prices. - Analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies. - Lead Generation and Networking: - Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads. - Identify potential clients and build strong, lasting relationships. - Consultation and Property Knowledge: - Assist clients in making informed property-purchasing decisions. - Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial concerns. - Develop a good understanding of projects from developers. - Strategy Development: - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve company goals. Desired Candidate Profile: - Qualifications: - High school diploma or a Graduate. - Real estate license (optional but preferred). - Experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, with experience in the UAE market preferred. - Experience in real estate is a plus. - Skills: - Sound knowledge of real estate laws (if applicable). - Strong negotiation and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Valid driving license.
