Job Description: Network and Security ManagerResponsibilities:Information Security Awareness:Initiate, facilitate, and promote activities to create information security awareness throughout the company.Access Control:Monitor internal control systems to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.Network and Document Security:Ensure the security of the company's network and electronic documents, keeping systems up to date.Ensure effective operation of backup systems.Strategic Planning:Analyze technology and industry trends to determine organizational objectives.Develop strategic plans to meet technology goals.Data Confidentiality:Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data on company systems.Security Oversight:Oversee security tools, policies, and procedures to comply with corporate standards.Collaborate with IT personnel for problem resolution.Network and Security Solutions:Supervise the implementation and troubleshooting of network and security complex solutions in a multivendor environment.Supervise Voice over IP and Cisco Collaboration solutions.Network Maintenance:Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, and security configurations.Monitor network performance, ensure system availability, and prepare future planning.Security Monitoring:Monitor security systems and user behavior to detect and respond to security risks.Prepare for future security systems enhancement.Support and Troubleshooting:Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve IT-related issues.Safety and Security Oversight:Responsible for monitoring all IT-related security and safety issues within the company.Skills and Qualifications:Qualification:University degree in Computer Science or a related subject.Experience:7-10 years of hands-on experience in network implementations and configurations.Relevant certifications: CCNA-R&amp;S, CCNP-R&amp;S, CCNA-SEC, CCNP-SEC, PNCSE. CCIE-R&amp;S, CCIE-SEC preferred.Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, IPS, VOIP, and other security solutions.Solid knowledge of network protocols and various LAN/WAN topologies.Job-Specific Skills:Tremendous network and security troubleshooting skills.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Continuous learning and researching capabilities.Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks.Achievement-oriented with a focus on personal and work goals.
