Job Description: Finance Officer Roles &amp; Responsibilities: As a Finance Officer, your primary responsibilities include: 1. Petty Cash and Bank Transactions: Manage petty cash funds and process bank transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures. 2. Job Title: Material Controller Roles &amp; Responsibilities: Reporting to: Store Superintendent / Project Manager / Operations Manager Key Interfaces: Project Engineers, Production Engineers, Welding Supervisors, Client’s Representatives, QA/QC Engineer, Engineering Division, Purchasing Team - Manage the receipt and control of all materials entering the project yard. - Ensure accurate stock updates upon receipt and acceptance by QC, and upon issuance to operations. - Promptly notify QC for material inspections as per schedule. - Prepare OS &amp; D reports for materials that are unacceptable or overage. - Generate IMIRs and MRIRs for all received materials. - Implement color coding of materials as per project requirements. - Ensure proper preservation of materials according to manufacturer’s, customer’s, and general guidelines. - Maintain traceability records for materials received from customers, vendors, or returned from operations. - Keep comprehensive stock registers updated for assigned projects. - Conduct regular reconciliations of materials and provide stock updates to the Project team. - Maintain an issuance register detailing status, stock levels, and conditions. - Coordinate with client representatives regarding free issue materials. - Facilitate material issuance to Operations and allocate storage areas as per project requirements.
