Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our office operations in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.</li><li>Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.</li><li>Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.</li><li>Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and other office-related documents as needed.</li><li>Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.</li><li>Support the office staff with day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense tracking.</li><li>Perform general office maintenance tasks to keep the workspace clean and organized.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration certification is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.</li></ul>
