Job Title: Telesales Executive Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Lead Generation and Management: - Make a minimum of 400 calls per month to potential leads. - Generate and manage 100 new leads every week. - Successfully onboard a minimum of 10 merchants each month, ensuring all KYC documents are collected and uploaded to Pipedrive. - Achieve a minimum of 5 onboarded merchants out of the 10 to qualify for additional commission. - Sales Activity and Customer Interaction: - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Strategy and Collaboration: - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Desired Candidate Profile - Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in telesales or a call centre environment. - Previous experience in telecom, banking (credit cards), or real estate is highly preferred. - Skills: - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Knowledge of Tagalog and Arabic is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive, is an advantage. - Other Requirements: - Must hold a freelance visa, golden visa, or be self/spouse/family sponsored.
