Kathy Patterson, one of Southeastern Indiana’s top producing agents and specializes in waterfront properties, luxury homes, large acreage, residential and farm properties, and relocation assistance. Having relocated to Hidden Valley from northwestern Ohio in 1994, she has a clear understanding of the challenges and needs of clients moving from across town or across the country. As a waterfront homeowner in Hidden Valley Lake, Kathy has a unique understanding of the lakefront market. She offers her clients an in-depth knowledge of the lake and the community, as well as unique tools that help them clearly understand the lakefront market.

Paige Wurtz, a long-time agent with Premier Properties, is experienced with large farms, horse properties and properties great for a variety of outdoors and recreational uses. Paige is also experienced with high end luxury properties as well as Hidden Valley lakefronts. Paige’s background in commercial retail and her enjoyment of home décor and design is an advantage to sellers in preparing their homes for the market.

Aly Hill is a licensed real estate agent in both Kentucky and Indiana. She has moved many families to and from each area with ease along with several clients who have relocated to the Northern Kentucky area. Aly knows the value of commitment, trust and honesty and always looks forward to meeting new clients for their next adventure in the housing market.

Jodi Wolf has been a real estate professional since 2015, and has served clients in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Before going out on her own in 2018, Jodi was a member of a team that sold over $40 million dollars in property in one year! She has taken several luxury listing, marketing and customer service classes, and prides herself on giving tailored service to all of her amazing clients!
