Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.</li><li>Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and employment laws in the jurisdiction.</li><li>Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes.</li><li>Handle employee relations, addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns.</li><li>Manage and maintain HR records, including personnel files and HR databases.</li><li>Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll processing.</li><li>Plan and conduct employee performance reviews.</li><li>Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.</li><li>Lead and support training and development programs for employees.</li><li>Manage HR staff and oversee their daily responsibilities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices.</li><li>Excellent understanding of labor legislation and regulations.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Certified HR professional (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred.</li></ul>
