We are currently expanding our services and seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to mature leads and convert them into customers primarily in the UK and Middle East markets. The ideal candidate will be fluent in verbal English with a preference for a British accent. The role requires previous sales experience and proficiency in handling customer inquiries and objections effectively. Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to promote TutorHelpMe's services. - Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences. - Arrange tutoring demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients. - Collaborate with the admin team to achieve targets and meet or exceed sales quotas. - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding services and pricing. - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
