Job Title: Investor Relations Associate Responsibilities: - Develop all materials requested by investors, utilizing formats such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. - Craft stories from scattered pieces of factual information. - Develop financial statements and create financial plans for the next 3 to 5 years. - Investigate legal compliance issues across different countries and states. - Attend investor meetings, actively taking notes. - Maintain an organized task management system, ensuring clarity, timely completion, and frequent follow-ups. Qualifications: - Proficient in creating visually appealing PowerPoint slides. Provide evidence by sending the slides you've made after applying. - Ability to discern the aesthetic quality of a PowerPoint slide. - Skill in crafting business stories using seemingly unrelated information. Provide evidence. - Minimum 1-year experience in finance or accounting. - Availability to work in the same time zone as the founder, typically in the US Eastern Time Zone (9 am to 5 pm).
