Female Receptionist for a veterinary clinic

Job Opportunity: Veterinary Clinic Receptionist (Female)

We are a veterinary clinic in Abu Dhabi City seeking a female Receptionist (preferred from the Philippines).

Job Description:

- Ensure pet owners are greeted and attended to in an efficient, courteous, and responsive manner always.
- Attend reception calls both internal and external.
- Ensure the reception area is staffed and always well-organized.
- Represent the clinic in the best manner in dealing with patients as well as colleagues.
- Check patient eligibility, input information, and book appointments, etc.
- Cashiering duties.
- Filling of daily reports and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer service-oriented behavior.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist/front office representative or a similar role.
- Experience in the veterinary clinic field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Computer literate, well-organized, and has excellent attention to details.
