Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.

Understand clients' real estate needs and preferences.

Conduct property searches to identify suitable listings.

Provide advice and recommendations on real estate investments.

Organize and accompany clients on property viewings.

Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients.

Draft and present real estate contracts and agreements.

Utilize your knowledge of the local real estate market to provide insights to clients.

Keep updated on property market trends, financing options, and legal regulations.

Build and maintain client relationships for long-term business growth.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and presentations.

Teamwork to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.

Excellent communication skills for client interactions and negotiations.

Knowledge of social media to market properties and engage with potential clients.
