Qualifications:

Proven track record of sales success, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.

Proactive and target-oriented mindset.

Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills to successfully close sales and overcome objections.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage client records and documentation.

Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management software.

High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative, your primary goal will be to meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing a minimum of five sales per month. Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating and educating clients about our immigration services, answering their inquiries, and addressing any concerns they may have.

Explaining the features and benefits of our services to potential customers.

Working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Preparing and presenting tailored immigration solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.

Collaborating with the team to gather and process the required documents and assisting clients in completing the necessary paperwork.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the immigration process.

Staying updated on the latest immigration policies, regulations, and procedures for European countries to effectively advise clients.

Attending regular sales training sessions and actively participating in team meetings to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies and initiatives to attract potential clients and increase brand visibility.

Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements and contributing to the continuous development of sales strategies.
