Job Title: Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Generate reports on financial performance and variances.
- Maintain and organize financial files and documentation.
- Prepare Bank Guarantees, Bonds, and Checks.

2. Financial Analysis:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and record-keeping.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
- Handle expense management and assist in budget preparation.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with banks.

3. Technical Responsibilities:
- Utilize accounting software such as SAP or Oracle for financial management.
- Perform general ledger functions and support month-end/year-end close processes.
- Conduct financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and payroll operations.
- Understand and execute administrative duties within the Gas/Petrochemical EPC Plant industry.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance (Mandatory).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience in financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and payroll operations.
- Knowledge of Management Accounting and Auditing.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of administrative responsibilities in the Gas/Petrochemical EPC Plant industry.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
