Overview:
The Binance Accelerator Programme is designed for current university students and recent graduates who are passionate about the world of crypto and blockchain. This program offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, product management, and marketing within the leading blockchain ecosystem. Participants will assist in the daily operations of VIP products, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to the growth and success of Binance's global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Operations Support:
- Assist with the daily operations of VIP products to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Monitor and address any issues related to VIP products by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.

- Strategy Execution:
- Participate in planning and executing strategies for user growth, including organizing events, campaigns, and other marketing activities aimed at driving user acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless operation and effective execution of marketing plans.

- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product growth initiatives using data analytics tools.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve future marketing efforts and product performance.

Requirements:

- Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and quick to learn.
- Previous internship or academic experience in operations, product management, or marketing is preferred.
- Interest in the crypto industry and crypto trading products is highly desirable.
- Experience in DeFi or fintech is a plus.
