Job Title: Factory Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Timely Production: Ensure all production orders are completed promptly and efficiently.

2. Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

3. Operational Efficiency: Develop innovative strategies to streamline factory operations and improve overall efficiency.

4. Workforce Management: Screen, recruit, and train new factory workers to maintain a skilled and productive workforce.

5. Staff Management: Manage the operations and maintenance staff to ensure timely production and distribution of products within quality standards, maintaining high uniformity and optimizing production costs.

6. Operating Plans: Develop and execute annual operating plans to achieve production targets and operational objectives.

7. Capital Expenditure: Oversee the development and supervise the execution of Capital Expenditure plans to ensure optimal investment in factory infrastructure and equipment.

8. Cost Management: Review cost reports to identify excessive expenses and take necessary corrective action to control costs.

9. Development Plans: Prepare short- and long-range development plans to enhance factory operations and productivity.

10. Continuous Improvement: Establish goals that reflect continuous improvement in plant operations, striving for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

11. Health and Safety Management: Proactively manage the health and safety of employees to continuously improve the company's health and safety performance.

12. Employee Development: Train and develop supervisors to provide management depth, offering motivation and career enhancement opportunities for all employees.

13. Procurement Decisions: Review requests and make decisions regarding the purchase of new equipment and supplies necessary for factory operations.

14. Labor Relations: Participate directly in labor relations, including grievance handling, and serve as a member of the contract negotiating team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- 8-10 years of experience in GCC in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in factory operations management.
