Job Opportunity: Customer Support Representative

Skills:

Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Translate and interpret messages accurately, ensuring clear communication.

Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on service features, promotions, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
- Excellent typing skills in both English and Arabic.
- Good knowledge of using computers and applications.
