Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

- Ensure patients are greeted and attended to in an efficient, courteous, and responsive manner at all times.
- Attend to reception calls both internal and external.
- Ensure the reception area is staffed and well-organized continuously.
- Represent the group professionally when dealing with patients and colleagues.
- Check patient eligibility, insurance details, input information, and book appointments.
- Perform cashiering duties.
- Handle the filing of daily reports and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

The successful applicant should have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Customer service-oriented behavior.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist/Front office representative or similar role.
- Experience in the medical/dental field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Computer literate, well-organized, and excellent attention to detail.
