Job Title: Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer, you will oversee the management and maintenance of electrical systems within facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. You will lead a maintenance team, conduct inspections, and collaborate on facility projects while developing energy-efficient solutions and managing documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Team Management:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team responsible for electrical systems in existing facilities.
- Supervise and ensure that the team performs maintenance tasks effectively to prevent future failures or interruptions.

- Maintenance and Inspections:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) equipment.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to optimize system performance.

- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project managers to ensure integrated and compliant solutions.

- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain accurate documentation related to electrical systems and maintenance activities.
- Prepare Facility Management (FM) reports to track and report on system performance and maintenance outcomes.

- Project Involvement:
- Participate in facility renovation and expansion projects, providing electrical engineering expertise and support.
- Communicate with tenants regarding electrical issues and log all calls for tracking and resolution.

- Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with tenants and address electrical concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and system integration.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Strong background in maintenance and facility management works.

- Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Additional Requirements:
- Valid driving license and own car.
