Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our team as a Stakeholder Management Coordinator. In this role, you will facilitate effective communication between our Design teams and relevant Authority personnel or Government agencies. Your responsibilities will include liaising between teams, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, understanding authority requirements, communicating constraints to the Design team, collaborating with project managers, and tracking stakeholder communications and actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise between the Design team and Authority personnel/Government agencies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within Authorities.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of authority requirements and regulations.
- Communicate authority requirements and constraints to the Design team.
- Collaborate with project managers to track and follow up on stakeholder communications and actions.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of an Architectural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's Degree program at an accredited University.
- Maintaining a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
- Available to participate in our Summer Internship Program from July to August 2024.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
