Job Description: IT Support Technician

Technical Assistance:

1. Problem Identification and Resolution:
- Assist users in identifying and correcting hardware and software problems, ensuring efficient resolution.

2. Hardware Support:
- Provide support to install, update, modify, or fix required hardware issues, ensuring optimal functionality.

3. Routine Maintenance:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of IT hardware to ensure fully-functioning equipment.

4. Client Support:
- Assist clients and consumers in evaluating the extent of specific problems, offering useful solutions.

Skills:

- Enterprise Image Deployment:
- Experience with image deployment in an enterprise environment.

- Mobile Application Troubleshooting:
- Skilled in fixing issues related to smartphone applications and software.

- Remote Processing:
- Good command of remote processing of computing components and spare parts.

- Maintenance and Installation:
- Skilled in conducting maintenance, fault-finding, and installation activities of various components in the asset inventory.

This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and conducting routine maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in enterprise image deployment, smartphone application troubleshooting, and a strong grasp of remote computing processes.
