Job Title: IT Technical Support Engineer - Outdoor

Responsibilities:

- On-site Support: Provide technical support to customers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai by visiting their locations.

- Installation and Configuration: Set up and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Outlook, printers, routers, and basic network functions.

- Networking: Perform cabling, cable tracing, patching, and crimping tasks.

- Advanced Technical Support: Handle Firewalls, Windows servers, CCTV, PABX, and NAS systems.

- Client Interaction: Respond promptly to IT support requests, maintaining good client relations and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

- Ticket Management: Update the helpdesk ticketing system with accurate and timely information.

- Coordination: Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve issues efficiently.

- Job Tracking: Monitor and track ongoing support incidents and projects.

- Documentation: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Statements of Work (SOW), and reports post-site visits as required.

- Client Satisfaction: Ensure timely invoicing and enhance company reputation through quality and timely support services.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT support roles, including desktop/laptop support, email/Outlook, basic network support, and helpdesk ticketing.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows server support, cabling, patching, tracing, and crimping preferred.

- Language: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

- Travel: Willingness to travel 100% within Abu Dhabi and Dubai as required.
