Job Title: Move Coordinator at GAC Abu Dhabi
Company Overview:
GAC Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Move Coordinator to join their International Moving team. This role focuses on providing efficient logistics support and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Destination Rates:
- Compile and prepare destination rates for overseas agents to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
2. MATT Moving Systems Management:
- Oversee and monitor Moving Systems management specific to the Abu Dhabi office, ensuring smooth operational flow.
3. Import File Coordination:
- Manage and control all import files, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
4. Timely Invoicing:
- Ensure all import files are invoiced promptly and accurately.
5. Support Export Quotes:
- Assist Move Consultants in preparing precise and competitive export quotes.
6. Customer Service Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
7. Office Administration:
- Perform general office administrative tasks to support daily operations.
8. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to quality standards and GAC protocols.
9. Reporting:
- Generate monthly reports on quality and site visit observations. Prepare an end-of-year report summarizing quality-related aspects.
10. Claims Management:
- Handle and manage all damage and missing claims, liaising with insurance brokers for timely resolution.
11. Quotation Conversion Monitoring:
- Review and monitor the quotation conversion ratio, implementing strategies to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 4-8 years of experience in customer service within logistics, moving services, or related industries.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to excellence.
- High level of commitment, drive, and an outgoing personality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; ability to quickly learn new software.
- Attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
