Job Title: Desert Tour Safari Driver

Key Duties And Responsibilities:

- Understand and apply the company’s objectives, standards, values, and culture daily.
- Achieve customer expectations and performance targets of the department.
- Ensure security awareness and safekeeping of all entrusted valuables (e.g., company equipment).
- Demonstrate the correct way to use 4×4 off-road vehicles.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicles inside and outside, reporting any vehicle issues affecting safety.
- Assess the terrain to ensure vehicle and passenger safety during safaris.
- Coordinate and deliver safari activities according to assigned times.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort, exceeding expectations.
- Assist with guest/staff transfers when required.
- Provide assistance/support to other departments as needed.
- Safely operate a multi-passenger 4×4 off-road vehicle with a valid manual driver’s license.
- Assist guests with coordinating activities, including desert tour safaris, and other resort activities.
- Provide professional, efficient, and friendly service to guests.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure cooperation between drivers.
- Participate in scheduled training programs.
- Adhere to Business Conduct and Ethics Policy, Conduct on Duty and in Public Areas policy, and Telephone Standards.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree equivalent education, preferably in a hotel-related field.
- Physically fit for the position.
- UAE or International manual driver’s license.
- Time management and leadership/people management skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Strong orientation towards customer service.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused, teamwork, interpersonal skills, leadership skills.
