Job Title: Sales Executive

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS:

1. Building and Maintaining Customer Base:
- Develop and expand relationships with prospective owners.
- Solicit and follow up on referrals and leads.

2. Giving Sales Presentations:
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert prospective owners into purchasers.
- Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner.

3. Conducting and Managing Business Transactions:
- Follow through with the sales contract process, ensuring accurate completion of all required paperwork and legally required documents.
- Manage and conduct business transactions efficiently.

4. Providing Service to Others:
- Maintain customer relationships post-sale to ensure owner satisfaction.
- Explore future business opportunities such as referrals and additional sales.

Skills:

Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One-year related experience.

Successful Candidates Will Be Willing To:
- Work in the evenings occasionally.
- Work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Be fluent in HINDI and ENGLISH.
- Travel outside UAE when business demands.
