Job Title: Sales Manager

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to lead our Commercials Direct Sales Team in UAE/Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will drive Pall products being specified in customers' First Fit requirements, lead the regional FTAP Initiatives, and support talent management activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Regional FTAP Initiatives:
- Drive Pall products being specified in customers' First Fit requirements.
- Develop strategies to expand FTAP's business and gain market share in existing and new accounts.

2. Work with Cross-functional Teams:
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other teams to execute sales strategies.
- Implement Talent Management activities and guide the team through performance and career development.

3. Execute Sales Strategies:
- Develop and implement market initiatives and business plans.
- Collect market insights and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

4. People Management:
- Coach and support the Sales team to achieve monthly orders and sales targets.
- Develop distributors and agent channels.
- Manage the sales team and build a culture of success and accountability.

5. Sales Support:
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates.
- Coordinate actions with internal support functions.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in high-level Sales, ideally in filtration and separations industry.
- Significant knowledge of Oil & Gas, Power, or Refinery industries.
- Expert in sales and marketing strategies with strong leadership skills.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Willingness to travel frequently (50%) and cultural understanding of UAE, Egypt, and Gulf Market.
- Bachelor's degree in process, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
- Valid driving license, Passport, and Transferable work permit.
