Job Title: Waitress

Job Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
2. Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about menu items.
3. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
4. Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
5. Check in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
6. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
7. Process guest payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
10. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and beverages, and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and order delivery.
- Willingness to learn and follow restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
