Position Title: Site Civil Engineer

Job Description:

As a Site Civil Engineer, you will play a vital role in contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and fostering positive client relationships. Your responsibilities will span construction, project management, quality assurance, client relations, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Construction, Site Development, and Design:

- Assist in delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of site development plans for residential and commercial projects.

- Collaborate with design, technical, and implementation teams for seamless integration of civil engineering plans into project designs.

- Coordinate effectively with leadership, clients, and subcontractors.

2. Project Management:

- Support end-to-end project lifecycle for civil engineering aspects, from conceptualization to project delivery.

- Learn to develop project plans, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.

- Monitor project progress, ensuring implementation of civil engineering designs as planned and within budget.

- Assist in regular project reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.

- Contribute to the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

3. Construction Quality Assurance:

- Uphold construction and civil engineering quality standards to meet or exceed client expectations, industry standards, safety regulations, and company benchmarks.

- Assist in reviewing and approving civil engineering deliverables, providing guidance for design excellence.

4. Client Relations:

- Learn to build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.

- Act as a liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client expectations.

5. Team Growth and Development:

- Take ownership of personal growth and development by seeking opportunities to enhance skills and expertise.

6. Other Duties:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of field experience (or degree equivalent).

- Strong willingness to learn and contribute to business development efforts, project management, client relations, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Proficiency in civil engineering and project management software and tools.
