Job Description

Job Opportunity: Customer Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination and Management:
- Assist the Customer Success team with data entry, data extraction for project updates, account, and proposal creation, platform setup, and invoicing.
- Follow up with operations teams to ensure that programs run on time and as per client requirements.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Customer Success Manager in managing the portfolio of prestigious client accounts.

Client Support and Communication:
- Support clients with information, answers, required data, and problem-solving.
- Identify and flag issues for quick resolutions.
- Prepare deliverables (proposals, reports, presentations) to meet clients’ needs and agreed deadlines.
- Weekly communication to client-facing teams to ensure all offers/contracts are up to date on our ERP.

Operational Tasks and Coordination:
- Handle operational tasks such as creation of logins, location list updates, etc.
- Coordinate with various internal teams.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Emirati National.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Administration, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Recent graduate , retail operations, client management, marketing, consulting, or a related field.

Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to work in a global environment.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Team player and result-oriented.
