Position: Carpenter Key Responsibilities: Oversee the installation of kitchen sets at customer locations, ensuring long-lasting quality. Supervise Fitting Technicians and ensure that installation procedures comply with company policies. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements. Take precise measurements and verify the compatibility of delivered items with kitchen set dimensions. Cut, shape, and refine lumber and other materials based on measurements. Properly lay out floorings, roofing, or drywalls, ensuring level and compatible installations. Construct and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other designated items. Inspect work areas and perform repairs or maintenance as necessary. Build scaffolding and other construction structures as required. Maintain a complete set of installation tools, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: A valid UAE manual LTV driving license. Profound knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction methods. Proficiency in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools, such as powered saws, hammers, and rulers. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. A strong commitment to adhering to safety guidelines. Excellent physical condition and endurance. Leadership skills to manage a multicultural team and provide clear directions to direct reports and workers. Willingness to improvise and ensure customer satisfaction with timely installations. Effective planning skills to anticipate potential challenges and plan appropriate actions. Ability to report any process deficiencies to the Fitting Manager and actively work on solutions. Good knowledge of the Arabic language. A solid understanding of basic mathematics.
