Job Title: Restaurant Host/Hostess

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Seating:
- Assign guests to tables, considering their preferences and maintaining table rotation for servers.
- Organize wait times using a waiting list system.

2. Welcoming Guests:
- Receive and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and valued from the moment they enter the restaurant.

3. Reservations:
- Take reservations and record customer preferences, special requests, and other relevant details.
- Manage the reservation system to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.

4. Customer Interaction:
- Check in with guests to assess their experience and address any concerns.
- Provide assistance and information to guests as needed.

5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to relay important information.
