Job Description

Responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and expanding market presence. Play a pivotal role in promoting innovative lens and eyewear products in the UAE market. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including opticians, eyewear retailers, and distributors. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and consultant, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to develop and execute strategic sales plans for the UAE market. Identify potential customers, market trends, and opportunities for sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with opticians, eyewear retailers, and distributors.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Strategic Sales Planning:
- Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to develop and execute strategic sales plans for the UAE market.
- Identify potential customers, market trends, and sales growth opportunities.

3. Product Promotion:
- Effectively communicate the unique features, benefits, and value proposition of lens and eyewear products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.

4. Market Research:
- Stay updated on the latest market trends and industry developments related to lens and eyewear manufacturing.

5. Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to achieve sales targets.

6. Collaboration and Feedback:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service.
- Provide market feedback to contribute to product enhancements and new development initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- UAE Driving license is a must.

Experience and Skills:

- Language: English Native or Bilingual.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE maps, cities, areas, and routes.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and good overall PC skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and budgeting.
- Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close.
