Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Interior Fit Out team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with clients, presenting our design concepts, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand clients' design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Provide personalized consultations to ensure client satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and products.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of our offerings and confidently guide clients through the selection process.

Sales Presentations:
- Create compelling and visually appealing presentations to showcase our design concepts, products, and services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our designs and how they align with the client's vision.

Quotations and Proposals:
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts based on client consultations.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure proposals align with project scope and budget.

Networking:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships within the community and expand the company's client base.

Achieving Sales Targets:
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Skills and Requirements:

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.

Licensing:
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car (Allowance will be provided).

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
