Responsibilities:
- Provide professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Perform all necessary tasks to serve food and beverages according to the hotel's standards.
- Greet and seat customers in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and provide advice to guests.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages being served consistently.
- Handle customer relations, address complaints, and queries satisfactorily.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet, including the upkeep of service equipment.
- Complete service preparations before, during, and after each service.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
- Utilize upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Skills:

Education, Qualifications & Experiences:
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant.
