Job Description

Job Description Title: Human Capital Director

Work Location: Al Ain

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective HR operations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote fair treatment, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and selection.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture and facilitating open communication between employees and management.

  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

  • Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, promote professional growth, and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable reward structures.

  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements and adjustments to HR strategies as needed.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Requirement (qualifications and specifics):

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience of 5 years in HR management roles, demonstrating expertise in HR practices and principles.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office Suite.

  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing data and making informed decisions.

  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication (Arabic and English).
