Job Summary:

Reliance HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Agriculture Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will oversee the agricultural operations, including crop production, planting, harvesting, and maintenance of farmlands.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plan and coordinate all agricultural activities, such as crop production, planting, harvesting, fertilizing, and irrigation.
2. Monitor and inspect crops and farmlands to ensure optimal production levels.
3. Supervise and train staff on agricultural techniques and safety procedures.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve crop yield and quality.
5. Ensure all agricultural operations comply with safety regulations and environmental policies.
6. Monitor and analyze market trends and prices to maximize crop sales.
7. Maintain detailed records of all agricultural activities.
8. Monitor and purchase necessary supplies and equipment for agricultural operations.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in agricultural operations.
3. Knowledge of agricultural techniques and safety regulations.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
