Position Title: Service Advisor | Al Futtaim Automotive | Toyota Fujairah

Overview of the Role:

The Service Advisor plays a crucial role as the first contact for customers in the Workshop. They are responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is essential for building trust and confidence in the Service Department.

Responsibilities:

Ask questions and promptly record customer requests.
Collect accurate information about complaints and vehicle issues from customers to expedite the resolution process.
Empathize with customers and seek clarification to understand their requests fully.
Check the workshop's status and provide customers with an estimated delivery time.
Verify the invoice and the work performed, ensuring accuracy.
Inform customers when the work is completed and agree on a pick-up time.
Provide a clear explanation of the work performed, the invoice details, and guide customers to the cashier.
Promote value-added services to customers.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction.

Required Skills for Success:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
Strong technical knowledge to provide accurate information in response to customer inquiries.
Excellent customer service skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
Strong English communication skills; being an Arabic speaker is an added advantage.

About the Team:

The Service Advisor reports to the Reception Manager and works in a busy workshop environment. The role involves daily interaction with the Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman, and Technicians.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in a Technical school.
Certificate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or a similar role.
A broad-based knowledge to serve as a reliable consultant is essential for this role.
