Job Description: Customer Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary:
The Customer Onboarding Specialist is responsible for efficiently onboarding new customers, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. Key responsibilities include receiving account opening forms, verifying KYC supporting documents, processing accounts, managing reactivation requests, and participating in UAT activities for Digital Account Opening.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Receive account opening forms with KYC supporting documents/process accounts in DAO.
2. Ensure all documentation is in order as per the checklist.
3. Verify the processing of accounts and documentation in the maker queue.
4. Receive reactivation requests from Front Office, ensuring documents are in order, and forward to Back Office for update/activation.
5. Create a MIS to track new accounts and reactivations.
6. For Margin Customers, ensure portfolio transfer and raise the margin memo accordingly.
7. Ensure Blacklist and OOT clearance for Margin Customers.
