Marketing Mindset and Public Relations:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will cultivate a marketing mindset and actively engage in public relations activities. Your primary responsibilities include creating, overseeing, and enhancing social media campaigns, communicating with clients, refining ad texts, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. You will promote, market, and communicate website content, monitor and analyze results, coordinate press and communication tasks, and optimize video-marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies, generating and publishing daily content.
- Optimize company pages, moderate user-generated content, and analyze social data.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
- Monitor and improve ad texts to enhance the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage press and communication tasks to maintain a positive public image.
- Execute marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Promote, market, and communicate website content to target audiences.
- Measure, monitor, and follow up on marketing and communication results.
